Pass fees to your registrants (the default) and Regify costs you $0 - you keep 100% of every ticket. Prefer to cover the fees yourself? That's a one-click choice too.

The Regify fee applies per registrant (each person registered); Stripe processing applies once per order. Example assumes one ticket per person. Organizer always keeps 100% of the ticket face value. Payment processing and platform fees are not returned on refunds (standard for card payments) - a refund returns the ticket price, not the fees.

Questions, answered
How much does Regify cost?+
Creating events and selling free tickets is completely free. On paid events we charge 1% + $0.50 per registrant (each person you register), plus Stripe's payment processing (2.9% + $0.30). By default those fees are passed to your registrants, so Regify can cost your organization $0 - or you can choose to cover the fees yourself. No subscriptions, setup costs, or monthly fees.
When and how do I get paid?+
You connect your own Stripe account and you're the merchant of record - payments go straight to you on your Stripe payout schedule, with your name on the receipt. Regify never holds your money.
Do my attendees need an account to register?+
No. Anyone can register as a guest. An account is optional - it lets attendees save profiles for faster sign-up next time and look up or resend their tickets later.
Are there contracts or monthly fees?+
Never. There's no subscription and no commitment - the per-registrant fee only applies when you sell a paid ticket, and it's passed to registrants by default, so it can be free to your organization. Free events cost nothing, ever.
Can I issue refunds?+
Yes. Refund a single ticket, an add-on, a whole attendee, or an entire order right from your dashboard - inventory is released and check-in is voided automatically. Note: card processing and platform fees aren't returned on refunds (standard for card payments), so the buyer receives the ticket price back rather than the full amount paid.
Who pays the fees - me or my buyers?+
Your choice. By default the buyer covers the fee at checkout; you can flip a switch to absorb it yourself instead.
How do attendees check in?+
Each attendee gets a QR code by email. At the door, scan it in your browser, search the roster by name, or type the short code by hand - one scan checks in a person along with all their tickets and add-ons.
Can I sell more than just tickets?+
Yes. Sell add-ons like lodging, meals, and merch per attendee, run discount and promo codes, and open waitlists automatically when you sell out.
