Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Regify event registration platform (the “Service”), operated by Regify (“Regify,” “we,” “us,” or “ our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Regify is a platform that lets organizers create events, sell tickets and add-ons, collect registrations and payments, and manage attendees. We provide the software; organizers are responsible for their own events.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Organizer responsibilities

If you use Regify to run events, you are responsible for:

  • Your event content, ticket pricing, descriptions, and schedules.
  • Setting and honoring your own refund and cancellation policies.
  • Collecting and using attendee information lawfully, including providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by law.
  • Complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your events.

As between you and Regify, you control your attendees' personal information and determine how it is used. Regify processes that information on your behalf to provide the Service.

4. Attendees

When you register for an event through Regify, your registration is an agreement between you and the organizer of that event. The organizer, not Regify, is responsible for the event itself and for any refunds. Questions about a specific event should be directed to its organizer.

5. Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Organizers set their ticket prices and refund policies. Regify may charge platform or service fees, which are disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for any chargebacks or disputes arising from transactions you initiate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purpose.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Regify and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as Stripe for payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your events, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
