Show a real, interactive map of your hall. Vendors see what's open, pick a booth, and it's held the moment they start checkout - no back-and-forth over which table is free.
Color-code premium, standard, and corner booths so price and availability read at a glance. Vendors buy the right spot without asking you first.
Every vendor gets a portal to manage their listing, and attendees browse an exhibitor directory before the doors even open.
Design your hall - rectangles, round tables, multiple rooms - and let vendors reserve booths straight off the map.
Premium, standard, and specialty tiers with their own pricing and colors, so the map reads at a glance.
Vendors choose and hold their own spot during registration; unpaid holds release automatically so the floor never locks up.
Publish a browsable directory with logos and links, optionally gated behind a password for attendees only.
Each exhibitor gets a portal to manage their profile, booth, and details without emailing you.
Booth fees land in your own Stripe account. Free listings cost nothing; paid booths are a flat 1% + $0.50 per registrant.
