Build your registration form

Add custom questions, control who sees them, and require consent.

Beyond name and email, you can collect anything you need with custom fields - dietary needs, t-shirt size, emergency contacts, waivers, and more.

Add a question

  1. Open your event and go to the Fields tab.
  2. Add a field and pick a type (short text, dropdown, checkbox, date, consent, and more).
  3. Choose whether it's asked once per order or once per attendee.
  4. Optionally make it conditional so it only shows when another answer matches or an attendee is in an age range.

Use a Consent field for waivers and terms - it stores the exact text the attendee agreed to.
