Read your event analytics

See revenue net of fees, sales over time, ticket mix, the attendance funnel, and audience breakdowns from your form answers.

Every event has an Analytics tab - one page that shows how it's doing, from the money you're making to who's coming. It fills in automatically as people register; there's nothing to set up.

Revenue and fees

The top two cards show what you collected from buyers and what actually lands in your pocket after fees - your net. Below them, a Where it goes breakdown itemizes the Regify fee and Stripe's processing, right down to your take-home, so every dollar is accounted for.

Sales, ticket mix, and attendance

  1. Tickets sold over time charts how sales built as your event approached.
  2. Tickets by type breaks out your mix - each ticket's units sold, capacity, and revenue.
  3. The attendance funnel tracks how many reserved a spot, how many paid, and how many checked in on the day.
  4. Products sold breaks out any add-ons - meals, lodging, merch - and what each brought in.

Audience breakdowns

  1. Open the Analytics tab and find the Audience section.
  2. Click Add a breakdown to pick which registration questions to summarize.
  3. Choose any multiple-choice or number field - jersey size, age, how they heard about you.
  4. Save, and each is charted instantly: choices as a ranked breakdown, numbers as an average, minimum, and maximum.

Per-order questions are counted once per order; per-attendee questions once per person. Come back and change which fields are shown anytime.
