Run a conference or seminar (agenda, sessions & speakers)
Turn on the Agenda to build a schedule of sessions with speakers, tracks, prices, and capacity.
Events are Standard by default. If you're running a conference or a seminar, switch the event type to unlock the Agenda - a schedule of sessions with speakers, tracks, times, and their own pricing. It doesn't change how tickets or checkout work; it just adds the schedule.
Turn on the Agenda
- Open your event and click Edit.
- Set Event type to Conference (parallel tracks) or Seminar (a single stream of sessions), then Save.
- An Agenda card now appears on your event - open it to build the schedule.
- Starting fresh? Pick the Conference or Seminar template when you create the event and Regify seeds a sample agenda and speakers you can edit.
Add your speakers
- In the Agenda, click Add speaker.
- Enter a name, and optionally a title or company, a short bio, and a photo.
- Repeat for each speaker - you'll attach them to sessions next.
Build your sessions
- Click Add session and give it a title and start time (an end time and room are optional).
- Add a Track to group parallel sessions (for example "Tactics" vs "Youth Development"). Leave it blank for a single-column seminar.
- Pick a Speaker from your roster.
- Set a Price, or leave it free, and add a Capacity if seats are limited - Regify tracks how many are taken.
Choose who attends each session
Each session has an Attendance setting: Everyone (shown on the agenda, no sign-up needed), Optional (attendees opt in at registration), or Required. Paid or capacity-limited sessions always appear at registration so attendees can claim a seat.
What attendees see
On your public event page, the agenda is grouped by day with times, track chips, prices, and a speakers grid. Attendees pick the sessions they want during checkout - but still check in once with a single QR code for the whole event. If a session sells out, it can offer a waitlist just like a ticket.
Conference vs Seminar: both use the same Agenda. Conference shows tracks side by side for parallel breakouts; Seminar is a single stream. You can switch the event type anytime.
